Dr. Pelley is naturally warm and kind towards little kids and big kids. My 8 year old and my 11 year old had a good experience with no complaints. How rare is that when you have kids? lol The staff was also exceptional! I highly recommend Little Smiles =)

Dr. Pelley & her crew have always been amazing! Our first visit a few years ago was an urgent one and our regular dentist was unable to see my daughter for several days, she got us in that morning. Recently my daughter had an emergency (broken front tooth) and Dr. Pelley met us in her office within an hour after a very frantic call from me - she goes above and beyond for her patients in a way that many people simply won't...I can't express just how appreciative I am for the quality of care she provides!

My kids love going to the dentist and seeing Dr. Pelley and staff. They are very patient and have a way of making the appointment fun for the kids while providing excellent care. The office is open and inviting and the play area keeps the kids busy while waiting for siblings. It's well worth the drive!

Dr. Pelley and her team at Little Smiles are outstanding! The office is bright, vibrant and fun and the team is super friendly, comforting and knowledgeable.
My toddler had an unfortunate run in with her toy piano that resulted in two knocked out teeth and a loosened third. After a long, upsetting evening in the ER, I began my search for a Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Pelley came highly recommended by my dentist. Dr. Pelley was great with my daughter...and with me. She examined her, cleaned up her split lip and gums, took pictures and an x-ray to investigate the extent of the damage. She was not only comforting to my daughter but to me as well. She was very thorough in her explanation of what to expect, answering all the questions swirling in my mind without me having to ask them. Must be her years as a pediatric ICU nurse or just that she's a fellow mom. Either way, I couldn't have been more appreciative. We went back for our follow up two weeks later and after following all of Dr. Pelley's treatment advice, my daughter is healing beautifully. She again answered all my questions about what to expect when her permanent teeth come in, etc and she answered them all in detail.
Dr. Pelley has a very impressive academic and professional resume which is evident in the superior care that she provides to her patients. I look forward to the ongoing care my daughter will receive and am telling everyone I know about Little Smiles. They're amazing!

Absolutely wonderful! My 5 year old has been seeing her for 3 years and when I tell him he is going to the dentist he is excited. Very open and welcoming, the staff are wonderful, I highly recommend her!!

"If I could give this office 6 stars, I would. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and my 7 year old daughter LOVES going to the dentist. As soon as she leaves, she asks when her next appointment is! How often does that happen with kids and dentists? Not very.
The office is clean, well-kept, and stocked with really nice toys (including a high quality play kitchen) and a super cool fish tank! Every single person who works there has their happy face on. In every way, Little Smiles is the most kid-friendly environment you could ask for.
They are no-pressure and not in any way greedy like I've experienced at some (adult care) dentists in the past. Every appointment, we are told that my daughter has perfect teeth and to just keep doing what we're doing. They give praise to my daughter for taking such good care of her teeth, and make gentle suggestions, such as how to help her loose teeth along. When I said I wanted to wait for panaramic x-rays due to insurance issues, they said no problem at all. Also, when we were having insurance issues, she was happy to work with us so we could continue care with them.
Dr. Pelley and the hygienists are gentle, talk sweetly to the children, and give them choices, such as flavours of fluoride and toothpaste. At the end, they get a prize. For my kid, it's more fun than just about anything else we could be doing. I trust Dr. Pelley because she makes my child comfortable and has never suggested anything unreasonable. It is obvious that they are in this because they love children, and that is important to me. I give this practice my strongest recommendation."

"I knew the time was coming when I had to take my kids to the dentist and I'll admit, I was scared out of my mind.
My son had just turned 5, my daughter on the cusp of turning 3. My son is on the autism spectrum as well, which is a main reason I had avoided the dentist. I thought,there's no way he could handle that and definitely no way he could sit still for that long!
I walked in the door and in the lobby they have a full train set, a kid's kitchen, toys, puzzles, games, books. They even have a replica of the fish tank from Finding Nemo!
Everything was super kid friendly and accessible, which is great - but even then, my son was having a hard time adjusting.
While my daughter was getting her teeth cleaned, one of the staff helped my son get a balloon and run around the back hallways. He wasn't calming down and I thought disaster was upon us as soon as it was his turn.
But, when the dentist started talking to Cooper, it was like magic! He calmed right down, he laid in the dental chair for her, she calmly spoke with him and kept him engaged throughout. I was shocked. She was amazing!
If you have any fears about taking your kids to the dentist for the first time, I can 100% recommend that this is the place to try."

"My daughter loves Little Smiles so much, that she begins asking for her next appointment as soon as one ends. Everyone there is a pleasure and they very obviously love children. The practice is very good at returning phone calls promptly and we have nothing but great things to say. My child loves going to the dentist... that is the best review there is!"
