 Nicole - Office Manager
Nicole has been in the dental field since 2011 and has been with Little Smiles since 2017. Little Smiles was her first Pediatric office and she can no longer see herself working anywhere else. The best part about working with children is the hilarious comments the kids make, and getting invited to all the birthday parties. In her free time she enjoys snuggling her French Bull dog Dax while reading a good book, and traveling with her teenage son and husband.
 Lisha - Patient Insurance Coordinator
Lisha graduated from Clackamas Community College in 2008 and has been an EFDA dental assistant ever since. She recently has made the transition to the front office helping with all insurance needs as she has had the calling for a change for the last few years. Lisha loves working with children and all their energy. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, and long walks through Target.
 Whittney - Hygienist
Whittney graduated from the Portland Community College Hygiene program in 2017 and has been working as a hygienist ever since. Whittney loves working with kids and teens and helping to create good and healthy oral habits with less stress. Outside of work you can find her cheering on her kids at their many sporting events, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and fur babies.
 Isela - EFDA Dental Assistant
Isela has been in the dental field since 2020, after her first year of dental she made the transition to Pediatric and loves it. In her free time, she enjoys slumber parties with her little sister. She also enjoys watching Documentaries with her longtime boyfriend, and pet crocodile “Skink”.
 Rue: Office Therapy Dog
Rue has been a member of the little smiles team since 2022. You will typically see her running through the office on her working days which are Tuesday- Thursday. Her favorite part about working with children is playing tug of war with her many toys as well as making kids feel more at home in the dental setting, as sometimes it can seem scary. In her spare time, you can catch Rue Paddle boarding and hiking with her mom Dr. Pelley around town, as well as jet setting to any location her mom goes, she has the travel bug and loves to see new places.
